TecGym compliments the efforts of coaches and trainers to effectively teach fundamentals, technique, and strategy.  TecGym also provides hands-on learning opportunities for students and community members in videography, IT, marketing, and business.

Will is the father of 3 student athletes & gamers.  He regularly coaches Parks & Rec sports in Springfield VT and Claremont NH.  Will is a retired player & coach of the semi-pro VT IceStorm football team, and competed in football, wrestling, and lacrosse with the Springfield Cosmos (plus wrestled one season with the Mt. Anthony Patriots).  Will brings the following in support of the TecGym mission:

• commitment to build any entrepreneurial ventures around his family, and

• dedication to public service,

For nearly two decades, Will has served the community by working , leading, or volunteering at several human service non-profits and community organizations.

Kris works as a mental health therapist, specializing in trauma, and understands the impact of supportive communities.  He has 4 kids, most of whom are avid gamers using that as one form of social connection.  Kris believes the TecGym mission is a much needed service.  Kris played youth basketball and would have loved to keep video mementos of those formative years.

As, Founder, Will was the first volunteer, helping to craft the vision, strategy, and implementation plan for the entire organization.  With the support of the BOD and a growing team of volunteers, Will continues to work tirelessly to serve the community and bring the TecGym vision to life.  On any given night or weekend, you can find Will producing a livestream, driving the team bus, and/or working out with motivated players.
